Dakar Foundation is attempting to form a consortium of stakeholders who will come together as a open source lab to create a digital twin of Black Altadena, prior and after the attempt to restore its future and preserve and conserve the many stories and artifacts for the permanent record. Dakar first became aware of this process though UCLA DataX, and a public comment about the country of Tavalu. A civilization that was doomed by climate and was primed for digital twinning.
