A Night to remember with Felecia “Krystal Kleer” Howse in Tarzana
Last night in Tarzana, Ca—the music engineering hub of Los Angeles—we were graced with the melodic sounds of Felecia “Krystal Kleer” Howse. Known as a prominent member of Mo Thug Family and former partner of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony founding member Layzie Bone, Felecia has long carried her own legacy within hip-hop and R&B. Her artistry continues to expand, and last night’s session was no exception.
The Bone Thugs and Harmony group will be performing for 2 nights in 2025, Dec5, Palm Desert, and Fri 7:30 PM · Acrisure Arena in Anaheim. This session followed last week Vol. 1 with an exercise of editing, engineering, and live production streaming for the Dakar/HART apprenticeship standards.
The evening served as a tune-up rehearsal for an upcoming Tiny Desk-style performance in the not-too-distant future. Felecia brought along her talented family members, creating a soulful, intimate atmosphere that blended history, heritage, and harmony. We cant wait to hear some her long awaited releases.
Our Dakar crew held down the production side with precision:
- Engineering by apprentice Santos, who continues to sharpen his craft as the resident sound lead at Heaven Studio.
- Production by apprentices Sunny and Kevin A., who captured the night using the RED V-Raptor X and RED Komodo X cinema cameras.
- Live accompaniment by Koncept and the Sun Seekers band, providing rich layers of instrumentation that elevated the performance.
The session was more than a rehearsal—it was a meeting of generations, bridging Bone Thugs’ iconic legacy with today’s evolving digital broadcast world.
