Featuring Mathew Richardson
Matthew Richardson is a Los Angeles–based camera professional with more than 12 years of experience in film and television. His career spans high-profile scripted series, commercials, feature films, and live comedy specials.
As a Local 600 1st Assistant Camera, Matthew brings together technical precision and a deep understanding of on-set storytelling. His credits include work as Director of Photography on episodic and behind-the-scenes content for three seasons of Euphoria, helping support one of television’s most distinctive visual styles.
His broader résumé reflects versatility and trust at the highest levels of production, including work as Key 1st AC on Pleasure, an Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival (2021), and as “A” Camera Operator on Matt Rife’s Netflix comedy specials.
In addition to his production work, Matthew currently serves full-time as Lead Studio Coordinator at Sony Pictures Entertainment in the Television Nonfiction division, bridging hands-on production expertise with studio-level operations and oversight.
